Terms of Service
The terms governing your use of our website, client portal and professional services.
Last updated: 1 August 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or engaging our services you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. Services and proposals
Website content is informational and does not constitute an offer. Each engagement is governed by a signed proposal or master services agreement that defines scope, milestones, acceptance criteria and fees; those documents prevail over these terms in case of conflict.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to systems, data, stakeholders and approvals required for delivery, and to ensure you hold the rights and licences for any material or third-party software you ask us to use.
4. Acceptable use of the portal
Accounts are personal and must not be shared. You must protect credentials, enable two-factor authentication where offered and report suspected compromise immediately. Probing, scanning or attempting to breach the platform is prohibited.
5. Intellectual property
On full payment, custom deliverables created specifically for you transfer to you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing frameworks, tools, libraries and know-how, and grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use them within the deliverables.
6. Fees and payment
Invoices are payable within the period stated in the proposal, exclusive of GST. Overdue amounts may attract interest and suspension of services after written notice.
7. Warranties and disclaimers
We warrant that services are performed with reasonable skill and care by qualified personnel. Except as expressly stated, services and website content are provided without further warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of liability
Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding twelve months, except for liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach that remains unremedied 30 days after written notice. On termination you pay for services performed up to the effective date and we provide reasonable transition assistance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
